17 Iron sharpens iron;
so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance.
63 I am a friend of all those who fear you,

33 Don’t be deceived! "Evil companionships corrupt good morals."
5 Better is open rebuke

6 The wounds of a friend are faithful,
although the kisses of an enemy are profuse.
10 Don’t forsake your friend and your father’s friend.
Don’t go to your brother’s house in the day of your disaster.
A neighbor who is near is better than a distant brother.
9 Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. 10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up.

16 By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. 17 But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, then closes his heart of compassion against him, how does God’s love remain in him?
18 My little children, let’s not love in word only, or with the tongue only, but in deed and truth.
