1 Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children. 2 Walk in love, even as Christ also loved us and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.
3 But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints; 4 nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not appropriate, but rather giving of thanks.
5 Know this for sure, that no sexually immoral person, nor unclean person, nor covetous man (who is an idolater), has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God.
6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience. 7 Therefore don’t be partakers with them. 8 For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, 9 for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, 10 proving what is well pleasing to the Lord. 11 Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. 12 For it is a shame even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. 13 But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light. 14 Therefore he says, "Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."
15 Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, 16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore, don’t be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. 18 Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; 20 giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father; 21 subjecting yourselves to one another in the fear of Christ.
22 Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. 24 But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her, 26 that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without defect. 28 Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. 29 For no man ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly, 30 because we are members of his body, of his flesh and bones. 31 "For this cause a man will leave his father and mother and will be joined to his wife. Then the two will become one flesh." 32 This mystery is great, but I speak concerning Christ and the assembly. 33 Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
1 因此， 你们既然是蒙爱的儿女， 就应当效法 神。
2 要凭着爱心行事， 好像基督爱我们， 为我们舍己， 当作馨香的供品和祭物献给 神。
3 至于淫乱和任何污秽或贪心的事， 在你们中间连提都不可提， 才合圣徒的体统。
4 更不要讲淫秽和愚妄的话， 或下流的笑话， 这些都与你们不相称； 却要说感谢的话。
5 因为你们确实知道， 无论是淫乱的、污秽的或贪心的（贪心就是拜偶像）， 都得不到在基督和 神的国里的基业。
6 不要给别人用空言欺骗了你们， 正因为这些事， 神的震怒必定临到那些悖逆的人。
7 所以， 不要与他们同流合污。
8 你们从前是黑暗的， 现今在主里却是光明的， 行事为人就应当像光明的儿女。
9 光明所结的果子， 就是一切良善、公义、诚实。
10 你们要察验什么是主所喜悦的。
11 不要参与暗昧无益的事， 倒要把它揭露出来，
12 因为他们暗中所作的事， 连提起来也是羞耻的。
13 凡被光揭露的， 都是显而易见的。
14 因为一切显露出来的就是光， 所以有话说： "睡了的人哪， 醒过来， 从死人中起来吧！ 基督必要照亮你。"
15 所以， 你们行事为人要谨慎， 不要像愚昧人， 却要像聪明人。
16 要把握时机， 因为这时代邪恶。
17 因此， 不要作糊涂人， 要明白什么是主的旨意。
18 不要醉酒， 醉酒能使人放荡乱性， 却要让圣灵充满。
19 应当用诗章、圣诗、灵歌， 彼此呼应， 口唱心和地赞美主。
20 凡事要奉我们主耶稣基督的名， 常常感谢父 神，
21 还要存敬畏基督的心， 彼此顺服。
22 你们作妻子的， 要顺服自己的丈夫， 好像顺服主一样，
23 因为丈夫是妻子的头， 好像基督是教会的头； 基督又是教会全体的救主。
24 教会怎样顺服基督， 妻子也要照样凡事顺服丈夫。
25 你们作丈夫的， 要爱妻子， 好像基督爱教会， 为教会舍己，
26 为的是要用水借着道把教会洗净， 成为圣洁，
27 可以作荣耀的教会归给自己， 什么污点皱纹等也没有， 而是圣洁没有瑕疵的。
28 丈夫也应当这样爱妻子， 好像爱自己的身体一样。爱妻子的， 就是爱自己了。
29 从来没有人恨恶自己的身体， 总是保养顾惜， 好像基督对教会一样，
30 因为我们是他身上的肢体。
31 为了这缘故， 人要离开父母， 与妻子结合， 二人成为一体。
32 这是极大的奥秘， 但我是指着基督和教会说的。
33 无论怎样， 你们各人都要爱自己的妻子， 好像爱自己一样。妻子也应当敬重丈夫。
