1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 2 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘If anyone sins unintentionally, in any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and does any one of them, 3 if the anointed priest sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer for his sin which he has sinned a young bull without defect to Yahweh for a sin offering. 4 He shall bring the bull to the door of the Tent of Meeting before Yahweh; and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull, and kill the bull before Yahweh. 5 The anointed priest shall take some of the blood of the bull, and bring it to the Tent of Meeting. 6 The priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before Yahweh, before the veil of the sanctuary. 7 The priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet incense before Yahweh, which is in the Tent of Meeting; and he shall pour out the rest of the blood of the bull at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the Tent of Meeting. 8 He shall take all the fat of the bull of the sin offering from it: the fat that covers the innards, and all the fat that is on the innards, 9 and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the loins, and the cover on the liver, with the kidneys, he shall remove, 10 as it is removed from the bull of the sacrifice of peace offerings. The priest shall burn them on the altar of burnt offering. 11 He shall carry the bull’s skin, all its meat, with its head, and with its legs, its innards, and its dung 12 —all the rest of the bull—outside of the camp to a clean place where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire. It shall be burned where the ashes are poured out.

13 "‘If the whole congregation of Israel sins, and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and are guilty; 14 when the sin in which they have sinned is known, then the assembly shall offer a young bull for a sin offering, and bring it before the Tent of Meeting. 15 The elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before Yahweh; and the bull shall be killed before Yahweh. 16 The anointed priest shall bring some of the blood of the bull to the Tent of Meeting. 17 The priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before Yahweh, before the veil. 18 He shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before Yahweh, that is in the Tent of Meeting; and the rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the Tent of Meeting. 19 All its fat he shall take from it, and burn it on the altar. 20 He shall do this with the bull; as he did with the bull of the sin offering, so he shall do with this; and the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven. 21 He shall carry the bull outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull. It is the sin offering for the assembly.

22 "‘When a ruler sins, and unwittingly does any one of all the things which Yahweh his God has commanded not to be done, and is guilty, 23 if his sin in which he has sinned is made known to him, he shall bring as his offering a goat, a male without defect. 24 He shall lay his hand on the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before Yahweh. It is a sin offering. 25 The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering. He shall pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering. 26 All its fat he shall burn on the altar, like the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin, and he will be forgiven.

27 "‘If anyone of the common people sins unwittingly, in doing any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and is guilty, 28 if his sin which he has sinned is made known to him, then he shall bring for his offering a goat, a female without defect, for his sin which he has sinned. 29 He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and kill the sin offering in the place of burnt offering. 30 The priest shall take some of its blood with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar. 31 All its fat he shall take away, like the fat is taken away from the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it on the altar for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh; and the priest shall make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven.

32 "‘If he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring a female without defect. 33 He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and kill it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering. 34 The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar. 35 He shall remove all its fat, like the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of peace offerings. The priest shall burn them on the altar, on the offerings of Yahweh made by fire. The priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned, and he will be forgiven.

2 "你要告诉以色列人说： 如果有人在耶和华吩咐不可行的事上无意犯了罪， 他必须遵行以下条例中的一样：

3 "如果受膏的祭司犯了罪， 使人民陷在罪里， 他就要为自己所犯的罪， 献一头没有残疾的公牛给耶和华作赎罪祭。

4 他要把公牛牵到耶和华面前， 在会幕门口， 按手在公牛头上， 然后在耶和华面前宰杀那公牛，

5 受膏的祭司要取一些公牛的血， 带到会幕那里。

6 祭司要把指头蘸在血里， 在耶和华面前向着圣所的幔子， 弹血七次。

7 然后祭司要用血抹会幕里耶和华面前的香坛的四角； 至于其余的牛血， 都要倒在会幕门口的燔祭坛脚那里。

8 他要取出赎罪祭的公牛所有的脂肪， 就是遮盖内脏的脂肪和内脏上的一切脂肪，

9 两肾和肾上近腰的脂肪， 和肾旁的肝叶， 都一起取下来，

10 正如从平安祭的公牛取出来的一样。祭司要把这些焚烧在燔祭坛上。

11 至于公牛的皮和所有的肉， 连头带腿， 以及内脏和粪，

12 就是整头公牛， 要搬到营外洁净的地方， 倒坛灰的地方， 放在柴上用火焚烧， 就在倒坛灰的地方焚烧。

13 "如果以色列全体会众无意犯罪， 是隐而未现、会众看不出来的， 但他们行了一件耶和华吩咐不可行的事， 他们就有罪。

14 当发觉他们犯了罪的时候， 会众就要献一头公牛作赎罪祭， 把它牵到会幕前面；

15 会众的长老要在耶和华面前按手在公牛的头上， 然后在耶和华面前宰杀那公牛。

16 受膏的祭司要把公牛的一些血， 带到会幕那里；

17 祭司要把指头蘸在血里， 在耶和华面前， 向着幔子， 弹血七次；

18 然后用血抹会幕里耶和华面前的坛角； 至于其余的牛血， 都要倒在会幕门口的燔祭坛脚那里。

19 他要取出公牛所有的脂肪， 焚烧在祭坛上。

20 处理这公牛与处理大祭司的赎罪祭公牛一样， 要按同一条例执行。祭司为他们赎了罪， 他们就蒙赦免。

21 他要把这公牛搬到营外焚烧， 好像焚烧前一头公牛一样， 这是会众的赎罪祭。

22 "如果领袖无意犯了罪， 行了一件耶和华他的 神吩咐不可行的事， 他就有罪。

23 他一发觉犯了罪， 就要牵一只没有残疾的公山羊羔作供物，

24 要按手在山羊的头上， 然后在宰燔祭牲的地方， 在耶和华面前宰杀它， 这是赎罪祭。

25 祭司要用指头取赎罪祭牲的一些血， 抹燔祭坛的四角， 其余的血要倒在燔祭坛脚那里。

26 公羊所有的脂肪， 都要焚烧在祭坛上， 好像平安祭的脂肪一样； 祭司为他赎了罪， 他就蒙赦免。

27 "如果那地的居民中有人无意犯了罪， 行了一件耶和华吩咐不可行的事， 他就有罪。

28 他一发觉犯了罪， 就要为自己所犯的罪， 牵一只没有残疾的母山羊作供物。

29 他要按手在赎罪祭牲的头上， 然后在宰燔祭牲的地方， 宰杀赎罪祭牲。

30 祭司要用指头取一些羊血， 抹燔祭坛的四角， 其余的血都要倒在祭坛脚那里。

31 母山羊所有的脂肪都要取出来， 好像取出平安祭牲的脂肪一样； 然后祭司要把这些焚烧在祭坛上， 献给耶和华作馨香的祭。祭司为他赎了罪， 他就蒙赦免。

32 "如果人献一只绵羊羔作赎罪祭的供物， 就要牵一只没有残疾的母羊；

33 他要按手在赎罪祭牲的头上， 然后在宰燔祭牲的地方宰杀它， 作为赎罪祭。

34 祭司要用指头取一些赎罪祭牲的血， 抹燔祭坛的四角， 其余的羊血， 都要倒在祭坛脚那里。

35 羊所有的脂肪都要取出来， 好像取出平安祭绵羊羔的脂肪一样； 祭司要把这些放在祭坛耶和华的火祭上面焚烧， 祭司为他所犯的罪行赎罪， 他就蒙赦免。"
