1 In you, Yahweh, I take refuge.
Let me never be disappointed.
Deliver me in your righteousness.
2 Bow down your ear to me.
Deliver me speedily.
Be to me a strong rock,
a house of defense to save me.
3 For you are my rock and my fortress,
therefore for your name’s sake lead me and guide me.
4 Pluck me out of the net that they have laid secretly for me,
for you are my stronghold.
5 Into your hand I commend my spirit.
You redeem me, Yahweh, God of truth.
6 I hate those who regard lying vanities,
but I trust in Yahweh.
7 I will be glad and rejoice in your loving kindness,
for you have seen my affliction.
You have known my soul in adversities.
8 You have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy.
You have set my feet in a large place.
9 Have mercy on me, Yahweh, for I am in distress.
My eye, my soul, and my body waste away with grief.
10 For my life is spent with sorrow,
my years with sighing.
My strength fails because of my iniquity.
My bones are wasted away.
11 Because of all my adversaries I have become utterly contemptible to my neighbors,
a horror to my acquaintances.
Those who saw me on the street fled from me.
12 I am forgotten from their hearts like a dead man.
I am like broken pottery.
13 For I have heard the slander of many, terror on every side,
while they conspire together against me,
they plot to take away my life.
14 But I trust in you, Yahweh.
I said, "You are my God."
15 My times are in your hand.
Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.
16 Make your face to shine on your servant.
Save me in your loving kindness.
17 Let me not be disappointed, Yahweh, for I have called on you.
Let the wicked be disappointed.
Let them be silent in Sheol.
18 Let the lying lips be mute,
which speak against the righteous insolently, with pride and contempt.
19 Oh how great is your goodness,
which you have laid up for those who fear you,
which you have worked for those who take refuge in you,
before the sons of men!
20 In the shelter of your presence you will hide them from the plotting of man.
You will keep them secretly in a dwelling away from the strife of tongues.
21 Praise be to Yahweh,
for he has shown me his marvelous loving kindness in a strong city.
22 As for me, I said in my haste, "I am cut off from before your eyes."
Nevertheless you heard the voice of my petitions when I cried to you.
23 Oh love Yahweh, all you his saints!
Yahweh preserves the faithful,
and fully recompenses him who behaves arrogantly.
24 Be strong, and let your heart take courage,
all you who hope in Yahweh.
1 耶和华啊！ 我投靠你； 求你使我永不羞愧， 求你按着你的公义搭救我。
2 求你留心听我， 赶快拯救我； 求你作我坚固的磐石， 作拯救我的坚垒。
3 因为你是我的岩石、我的坚垒； 为你名的缘故， 求你带领我， 引导我。
4 求你救我脱离人为我暗设的网罗， 因为你是我的避难所。
5 我把我的灵魂交在你手里， 耶和华信实的 神啊！ 你救赎了我。
6 我恨恶那些信奉虚无偶像的人； 至于我， 我却倚靠耶和华。
7 我要因你的慈爱欢喜快乐， 因为你看见了我的困苦， 知道我心中的痛苦；
8 你没有把我交在仇敌的手里， 你使我的脚站稳在宽阔之地。
9 耶和华啊！ 求你恩待我， 因为我在患难之中； 我的眼睛因愁烦昏花， 我的身、我的心也都衰残。
10 我的生命因愁苦耗尽， 我的岁月在叹息中消逝， 我的力量因罪孽衰退， 我的骨头也枯干。
11 我因众仇敌的缘故， 成了众人羞辱的对象， 在我的邻居面前更是这样； 认识我的人都惧怕我； 在街上看见我的， 都避开我。
12 我被人完全忘记， 如同死了的人， 我好像破碎的器皿，
13 我听见许多人的毁谤， 四周都有惊吓； 他们一同商议攻击我， 图谋要取我的性命。
14 但是， 耶和华啊！ 我还是倚靠你； 我说： "你是我的 神。"
15 我的一生都在你的手中； 求你救我脱离我仇敌的手， 和那些迫害我的人。
16 求你用你的脸光照你的仆人， 以你的慈爱拯救我。
17 耶和华啊！ 求你不要使我羞愧， 因为我向你呼求； 求你使恶人羞愧， 使他们在阴间静寂无声。
18 那些逞骄傲， 态度轻慢， 说话狂傲攻击义人的， 愿他们说谎的嘴唇哑而无声。
19 耶和华啊！ 你为敬畏你的人所珍藏的好处， 为投靠你的人在世人面前所施行的恩惠， 是多么丰盛。
20 你把他们藏在你面前的隐密处， 免得他们陷在世人的阴谋里； 又把他们保护在帐棚内， 以免落在口舌的争竞中。
21 耶和华是应当称颂的， 因为我在被围困的城里， 他就向我显出他奇妙的慈爱。
22 至于我， 我曾在惊恐中说： "我从你眼前被隔绝"； 可是我向你呼求的时候， 你还是垂听了我恳求的声音。
23 耶和华的众圣民哪！ 你们都要爱耶和华； 耶和华保护诚实的人， 却严厉地报应行事骄傲的人。
24 所有仰望耶和华的人， 你们都要刚强， 坚固你们的心。
