1 Hurry, God, to deliver me.

Come quickly to help me, Yahweh.

2 Let them be disappointed and confounded who seek my soul.

Let those who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace.

3 Let them be turned because of their shame

who say, "Aha! Aha!"

4 Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you.

Let those who love your salvation continually say,

"Let God be exalted!"

5 But I am poor and needy.

Come to me quickly, God.

You are my help and my deliverer.

1 Apressa-te, ó Deus, em me livrar; Dá-te pressa, ó Jeová, em me socorrer.

2 Sejam envergonhados e confundidos, Aqueles que buscam tirar-me a vida, Sejam obrigados a voltar atrás e cubram-se de ignomínia Os que folgam no meu mal.

3 Voltem para trás de vergonha Os que dizem: Ah! ah!

4 Folguem e em ti se alegrem Todos os que te buscam. Digam continuamente os que amam a tua salvação: Magnificado seja Deus.

5 Mas quanto a mim, pobre e necessitado, Apressa-te em me valer, ó Deus. Tu és o meu amparo e o meu libertador; Ó Jeová, não tardes.
