1 Yahweh reigns! Let the peoples tremble.

He sits enthroned among the cherubim.

Let the earth be moved.

2 Yahweh is great in Zion.

He is high above all the peoples.

3 Let them praise your great and awesome name.

He is Holy!

4 The King’s strength also loves justice.

You establish equity.

You execute justice and righteousness in Jacob.

5 Exalt Yahweh our God.

Worship at his footstool.

He is Holy!

6 Moses and Aaron were among his priests,

Samuel was among those who call on his name.

They called on Yahweh, and he answered them.

7 He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud.

They kept his testimonies,

the statute that he gave them.

8 You answered them, Yahweh our God.

You are a God who forgave them,

although you took vengeance for their doings.

9 Exalt Yahweh, our God.

Worship at his holy hill,

for Yahweh, our God, is holy!

1 O Senhor reina, tremem os povos; seu trono está sobre os querubins: vacila a terra.

2 Grande é o Senhor em Sião, elevado acima de todos os povos.

3 Seja celebrado vosso grande e temível nome, porque ele é Santo.

4 Reina o Rei poderoso que ama a justiça; sois vós que estabeleceis o que é reto, sois vos que exerceis em Jacó o direito e a justiça.

5 Exaltai ao Senhor, nosso Deus, e prostrai-vos ante o escabelo de seus pés, porque ele é Santo.

6 Entre seus sacerdotes estavam Moisés e Aarão, e Samuel um dos que invocaram o seu nome: clamavam ao Senhor, que os atendia.

7 Falava-lhes na coluna de nuvem, eles guardavam os seus preceitos e a lei que lhes havia dado.

8 Senhor, nosso Deus, vós os ouvistes, fostes para eles um Deus propício, ainda quando puníeis as suas injustiças.

9 Exaltai ao Senhor, nosso Deus, e prostrai-vos ante sua montanha santa, porque santo é o Senhor, nosso Deus.
