26 Looking at them, Jesus said, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
12 But he stood in the middle of the plot and defended it, and killed the Philistines; and the LORD worked a great victory.
22 Cast your burden on the LORD and he will sustain you.
He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
23 Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."
3 Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; 5 and hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
33 I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
17 The LORD, your God, is amongst you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.
10 Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you.
Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you.
Yes, I will help you.
Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
16 Therefore we don’t faint, but though our outward person is decaying, yet our inward person is renewed day by day. 17 For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory, 18 while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
23 A man’s steps are established by the LORD.
He delights in his way.
24 Though he stumble, he shall not fall,
for the LORD holds him up with his hand.
13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
11 For I know the thoughts that I think towards you," says the LORD, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
1 In my distress, I cried to the LORD.
He answered me.
31 What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
35 Therefore don’t throw away your boldness, which has a great reward.
31 but those who wait for the LORD will renew their strength.
They will mount up with wings like eagles.
They will run, and not be weary.
They will walk, and not faint.
7 For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
10 Don’t be afraid of the things which you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested; and you will have oppression for ten days. Be faithful to death, and I will give you the crown of life.
5 Commit your way to the LORD.
Trust also in him, and he will do this:
6 Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for the LORD your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."
6 I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people
who have set themselves against me on every side.
9 But as it is written,
"Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear,
which didn’t enter into the heart of man,
these God has prepared for those who love him."
