1 Therefore we who are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
12 This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I have loved you.
35 For I was hungry, and ye gave me meat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink:
36 I was a stranger, and ye took me in; Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came to me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? Or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? Or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick or in prison, and came to thee?
40 And the king shall answer and say to them, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye did it to one of the least of these my brethren, ye did it to me.
4 Look not every one at his own things, but every one also at the things of others.
13 No one hath greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
35 I have shewed you all things, that thus labouring ye ought to help the infirm, and to remember the word of the Lord Jesus, which he himself said, It is happier to give than to receive.
36 And having said these things, he kneeled down, and prayed with them all.
37 And they all wept sore, and falling on Paul's neck kissed him,
38 Sorrowing most for that word which he spake, that they should see his face no more. And they conducted him to the ship.
38 Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall they give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete with, it shall be measured to you again.
14 What doth it profit, my brethren, tho' a man say he hath faith, and have not works?
15 Can that faith save him? If a brother or a sister be naked,
16 and want daily food, And one of you say to them, Depart in peace; be ye warmed and filled, but give them not the things needful for the body, what doth it profit?
17 So likewise faith, if it hath not works, is dead in itself.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
42 Give to him that asketh thee, and him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.
13 Communicate to the necessities of the saints, pursue hospitality, Bless them who persecute you;
28 Let him that stole, steal no more; but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
10 And the multitude asked him, saying, What then shall we do? He answering saith to them,
11 He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise.
17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
33 Sell what ye have and give alms: provide yourselves purses which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
