12 But as many as received him, to them gave he privilege to become the sons of God, to them that believe in his name:
19 For the earnest expectation of the creation waiteth for the revelation of the sons of God.
21 Beloved children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to babes.
5 And yet ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh to you as to sons, My son, despise not thou the chastning of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him.
6 For whom the Lord loveth, he chastneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
7 If ye endure chastning, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he, whom his father chastneth not?
8 But if ye are without chastning, of which all are partakers, then are ye bastards and not sons.
9 Moreover we have had fathers of our flesh who corrected us, and we reverenced them: Shall we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?
16 The same Spirit beareth witness with our spirits, that we are the children of God.
10 See that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say to you, that in heaven their angels continually behold the face of my Father who is in heaven.
4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath, but bring them up in the instruction and discipline of the Lord.
1 At that time came the disciples to Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
2 And Jesus calling to him a little child, set him in the midst of them,
3 And said, Verily I say to you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, he is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
31 And they said, Believe in the Lord Jesus, and thou shalt be saved and thy houshold.
4 Ruling his own house well, having his children in subjection with all seriousness.
20 Children, obey your parents in all things; for this is well-pleasing to the Lord.
52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
15 For ye have not received the Spirit of bondage again unto fear, but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord; for this is right. Honour
2 thy father and mother (which is the first commandment with promise) That it may be well with thee,
3 and thou mayst live long upon the earth.
2 And the things which thou hast heard from me before many witnesses, these commit to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.
22 Flee also youthful desires; but follow after righteousness, faith, love, peace with them that call upon the Lord, out of a pure heart.
11 Now all chastning for the present is assuredly not joyous, but grievous; yet afterwards it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness to them that are exercised thereby.
26 For ye are all sons of God by faith in Jesus Christ.
27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ, have put on Christ.
9 Happy are the peace-makers; for they shall be called the children of God.
2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know, when he shall appear, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.
3 And every one that hath this hope in him, purifieth himself even as he is pure.
8 But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own family, he hath denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the Sons of God.
12 I have written to you, beloved children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name sake.
36 And taking a little child, he set him in the midst of them, and embracing him he said to them, Whosoever shall receive one such little child in my name,
37 receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not only me, but him that sent me.
15 When they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonah, lovest thou me more than these do? He saith to him, Yea, Lord, thou knowest that I love thee.
14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children to come to me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children to come to me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath, but bring them up in the instruction and discipline of the Lord.
4 I have no greater joy than this, to hear that my children walk in the truth.
13 And they brought little children to him that he might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those that brought them.
14 But Jesus seeing it was much displeased and said to them, Suffer little children to come to me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
21 Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.
3 And said, Verily I say to you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, he is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name, receiveth me.
1 Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the Sons of God; therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
4 I have no greater joy than this, to hear that my children walk in the truth.
1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as beloved children: And walk in love,
