2 Therefore when thou dost alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do, in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.

30 Give to every man that asketh thee, and of him that taketh away thy goods, ask them not again.

8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

3 And though I give all my goods to feed the poor, and deliver up my body to be burned, and have not love, it profiteth me nothing.

8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that having always all sufficiency in all things, ye may abound to every good work:

7 Let every man do as he chuseth in his heart, not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a chearful giver.

11 Being inriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which worketh by us thanksgiving to God.

38 Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall they give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete with, it shall be measured to you again.

12 For if there be first a ready mind, a man is accepted, according to what he hath, not according to what he hath not.

3 But when thou dost alms, let not thy left-hand know what thy right-hand doth:

4 That thy alms may be in secret, and thy father who seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

10 And may he who supplieth seed to the sower, and bread for your food, supply and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness:)

21 Jesus saith to him, If thou desirest to be perfect, go, sell what thou hast and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.
