Deus nos chamou
28 And we know, that all things work together for good, to them that love God, to them that are called according to his purpose.
29 For whom he foreknew, he also predestinated, conformable to the image of his Son, that he might be the first-born among many brethren.
30 And whom he predestinated, them he also called; and whom he called, them he also justified; and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, be diligent to make your calling and election firm; for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.
11 For so an entrance shall be ministered to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his beloved Son,
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins:
44 No man can come to me, unless the Father who hath sent me, draw him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world, rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom, which he hath promised to them that love him?
38 And Peter said, Repent, and be baptized every one of you, in the name of Jesus, for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, whomsoever the Lord our God shall call.
8 Therefore be not thou ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel, according to the power of God, Who hath saved and called us with an holy calling,
9 not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus, before the world began;
10 But is now made manifest, by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.
14 For many are called, but few chosen.
10 Now the God of all grace, who hath called us by Christ Jesus to his eternal glory, after ye have suffered a while, himself shall perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
26 Behold your calling brethren: that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world, to shame the wise, and the weak things of the world, to shame the things that are mighty:
18 The eyes of your understanding being inlightened, that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the energy of his mighty power,
6 Being persuaded of this very thing, that he who hath begun a good work in you, will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ,
