9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful, and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
11 Not slothful in business, servent in spirit, serving the Lord:
12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, continue instant in prayer.
7 believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
37 For with God, nothing shall be impossible. And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord: be it unto me according to thy word.
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away: and there was no more sea.
2 And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride, adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, Behold the tabernacle of God with men, and he will dwell with them; and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them and be their God.
4 And he shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall sorrow, or crying, or pain, be any more; because the former things are gone away.
16 All scripture is inspired of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness;
17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
11 I come quickly. Hold fast what thou hast, that none take thy crown.
12 Happy is the man that endureth temptation: for when he hath been proved, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God even our Father, who hath loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope thro' grace,
17 Comfort your hearts and stablish you in every good word and work.
26 But Oesus looking upon them, said to them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
66 From this time many of his disciples went back and walked no more with him.
67 Then said Jesus to the twelve, Are ye also minded to go away?
68 Then Simon Peter answered him, saying, Lord, to whom shall we go?
69 Thou hast the words of eternal life. And we have believed and known, that thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
19 Dearly beloved, revenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
17 Therefore if any one be in Christ, there is a new creation: the old things are passed way; behold, all things are become new:
35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
13 Hold fast the pattern of sound words, which thou hast heard from me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
14 The good thing which is committed to thee keep, through the Holy Spirit, who dwelleth in us.
12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder both of the soul and spirit, both of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
16 Therefore we faint not, but even though the outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh out for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory:
18 While we aim not at the things that are seen, but the things that are not seen: for the things that are seen are temporal, but the things that are not seen are eternal.
33 I have spoken these things to you, that ye may have peace in me. In the world ye shall have tribulation; but take courage: I have overcome the world.
14 And this is the confidence which we have in him, that if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.
15 And if we know that he heareth us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we asked of him.
12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, continue instant in prayer.
7 Ask and it shall be given you, seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you.
8 For every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened.
6 Being persuaded of this very thing, that he who hath begun a good work in you, will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ,
12 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound, every where and in every thing I am instructed, both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to want.
13 I can do all things through Christ strengthening me.
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him; for he that cometh to God, must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
12 Here is the patience of the saints, who keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
28 Come to me, all ye that labour, and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find rest to your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
18 I will not leave you orphans; I come to you.
9 But let us not be weary of well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
28 And we know, that all things work together for good, to them that love God, to them that are called according to his purpose.
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering (for he is faithful that hath promised) And let us consider one another,
24 to provoke one another to love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another, and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
