12 LORD of Hosts,
blessed is the man who trusts in you.
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
3 When I am afraid,
I will put my trust in you.
5 "Every word of God is flawless.
He is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
8 "I tell you, everyone who confesses me before men, the Son of Man will also confess before the angels of God; 9 but he who denies me in the presence of men will be denied in the presence of God’s angels. 10 Everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but those who blaspheme against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
4 Our fathers trusted in you.
They trusted, and you delivered them.
2 I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust."
1 LORD, my God, I take refuge in you.
Save me from all those who pursue me, and deliver me,
4 For the LORD’s word is right.
All his work is done in faithfulness.
5 He loves righteousness and justice.
The earth is full of the loving kindness of the LORD.
6 By the LORD’s word, the heavens were made:
all their army by the breath of his mouth.
2 The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge;
my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.
7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.
4 Such confidence we have through Messiah toward God, 5 not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God, 6 who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
1 Those who trust in the LORD are as Mount Zion,
which can’t be moved, but remains forever.
6 Even so, Abraham "believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness." 7 Know therefore that those who are of faith are children of Abraham. 8 The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the Good News beforehand to Abraham, saying, "In you all the nations will be blessed." 9 So then, those who are of faith are blessed with the faithful Abraham.
9 Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."
10 Those who know your name will put their trust in you,
for you, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.
7 He will not be afraid of evil news.
His heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD.
5 But I trust in your loving kindness.
My heart rejoices in your salvation.
3 You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace,
because he trusts in you.
15 Behold, he will kill me.
I have no hope.
Nevertheless, I will maintain my ways before him.
7 The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him.
10 For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we have set our trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.
8 Trust in him at all times, you people.
Pour out your heart before him.
God is a refuge for us. Selah.
8 It is better to take refuge in the LORD,
than to put confidence in man.
1 "Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me.
4 Trust in the LORD forever;
for in the LORD, the LORD, is an everlasting Rock.
31 As for God, his way is perfect.
The LORD’s word is tested.
He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.
10 Who among you fears the LORD
and obeys the voice of his servant?
He who walks in darkness
and has no light,
let him trust in the LORD’s name,
and rely on his God.
7 In the day of my trouble I will call on you,
for you will answer me.
5 Commit your way to the LORD.
Trust also in him, and he will do this:
2 Behold, God is my salvation. I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the LORD, the LORD, is my strength and song; and he has become my salvation [yeshuah]."
5 For you are my hope, Lord GOD,
my confidence from my youth.
10 Many sorrows come to the wicked,
but loving kindness shall surround him who trusts in the LORD.
