13 Watch! Stand firm in the faith! Be courageous! Be strong!

3 When I am afraid,

I will put my trust in you.

4 In God, I praise his word.

In God, I put my trust.

The LORD is the strength of my life.

Of whom shall I be afraid?

27 Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.

13 Now who will harm you if you become imitators of that which is good? 14 But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. "Don’t fear what they fear, neither be troubled."

Your rod and your staff,

20 David said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous, and do it. Don’t be afraid, nor be dismayed; for the LORD God, even my God, is with you. He will not fail you, nor forsake you, until all the work for the service of the LORD’s house is finished.
