Mulher
1 Every wise woman builds her house,
but the foolish one tears it down with her own hands.
1 Soon afterwards, he went about through cities and villages, proclaiming and bringing the good news of God’s Kingdom. With him were the twelve, 2 and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities: Miriam who was called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out; 3 and Yochanah, the wife of Kuza, Herod’s steward; Shoshanah; and many others; who served them from their possessions.
3 and that older women likewise be reverent in behavior, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good, 4 that they may train the young wives to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be sober minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that God’s word may not be blasphemed.
21 The LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep. As the man slept, he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. 22 The LORD God made a woman from the rib which he had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. 23 The man said, "This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. She will be called ‘woman,’ because she was taken out of Man."
16 A gracious woman obtains honor,
but violent men obtain riches.
27 God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them.
11 Now, my daughter, don’t be afraid. I will do to you all that you say; for all the city of my people knows that you are a worthy woman.
11 Their wives in the same way must be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, and faithful in all things.
19 It is better to dwell in a desert land,
than with a contentious and fretful woman.
30 Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain;
but a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.
7 You husbands, in the same way, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as also being joint heirs of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
4 A worthy woman is the crown of her husband,
but a disgraceful wife is as rottenness in his bones.
1 In the same way, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word,
14 House and riches are an inheritance from fathers,
but a prudent wife is from the LORD.
