Santidade

3 But sexual perversion and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints;

14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord;

15 but as He who called you is holy, you also become holy in all conduct,

16 because it is written, Be holy, because I am holy.

3 But sexual perversion and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints;

9 who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time,

14 Seek good and not evil, that you may live; and thus Jehovah the God of Hosts shall be with you, as you have spoken.

3 For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual perversion;

4 that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor,

5 not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles, who do not know God;

6 that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified.

7 For God did not call us to impurity, but in sanctification.

4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before Him in love,

22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which is corrupted according to the deceitful lusts,

23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

10 The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom; and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

23 Search me, O Mighty God, and know my heart; try me, and know my anxieties;

24 and find out if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way eternal.

3 But You are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.

5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,

48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in Heaven is perfect.

25 It is a snare for a man to rashly devote something as holy, and afterward to reconsider his vows.

16 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

26 And you shall be holy unto Me, for I, Jehovah, am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples, that you should be Mine.

23 Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. And they shall know that I am Jehovah.

1 Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilements of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

17 Sanctify them in Your Truth. Your Word is Truth.

15 but as He who called you is holy, you also become holy in all conduct,

16 because it is written, Be holy, because I am holy.

16 No one, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel or puts it under a bed, but sets it on a lampstand, that those who enter may see the light.

9 BETH: How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your Word.

22 But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves to God, you have your fruit unto sanctification, and the end, eternal life.

1 Bless Jehovah, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name!

1 Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilements of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

26 And you shall be holy unto Me, for I, Jehovah, am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples, that you should be Mine.

7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am Jehovah your God.

17 Now I exhort you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and snares, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.

2 to the church of God which is in Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

21 And you, who once were alienated and hostile in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled

22 in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and without blemish, and above reproach in His sight;

23 if indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was preached to every creature under Heaven, of which I, Paul, was made a minister.

4 Sing unto God, make music unto His name; exalt Him who rides in the wilderness by His name YAH, and rejoice before Him.

5 In His holy dwelling God is a father to the fatherless, and a judge for the widows.

14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord;

19 I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves to uncleanness, and to iniquity unto iniquity, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness unto sanctification.

2 No one is holy like Jehovah, for there is no one besides You, nor is there any rock like our God.

23 And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am Jehovah, says the Lord Jehovah, when I am sanctified in you before their eyes.

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

15 For thus says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and consecrated place, even with the contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

1 Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy,

2 fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

3 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or self-glory, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others as surpassing himself.

4 Let each of you not look out for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.

5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,

6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider clinging, to be equal with God,

7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.

8 And being found comprised as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him a name which is above every name,

10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in Heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,

11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, cultivate your salvation with fear and trembling;

13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

14 Do all things without murmuring and disputing,

15 that you may be blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,

16 holding fast the Word of Life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.

17 Yes, and if I am being poured out on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.

18 For the same cause you also be glad and rejoice with me.

19 But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you shortly, that I also may be encouraged when I know your state.

20 For I have no one like-minded, who will sincerely care for your state.

21 For all seek their own, not the things which are of Christ Jesus.

22 But you know his proven character, that as a son with his father he served with me in the gospel.

23 Therefore I hope to send him at once, as soon as I see how it goes with me.

24 But I trust in the Lord that I myself shall also come shortly.

25 Yet I considered it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker, and fellow soldier, and your messenger and the one who ministered to my need;

26 since he was longing for you all, and was distressed because you had heard that he was sick.

27 For indeed he was sick almost unto death; but God had mercy on him, and not only on him but on me also, that I should not have sorrow upon sorrow.

28 Therefore I send him the more eagerly, that when you see him again you may rejoice, and I may be less sorrowful.

29 Receive him therefore in the Lord with all gladness, and hold such men in honor;

30 because for the work of Christ he came close to death, not regarding his life, to supply what was lacking in your service toward me.
