9 Whoso is walking in integrity walketh confidently, And whoso is perverting his ways is known.
13 Whoso is covering his transgressions prospereth not, And he who is confessing and forsaking hath mercy.
1 There is, then, now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit;
2 for the law of the Spirit of the life in Christ Jesus did set me free from the law of the sin and of the death;
26 be angry and do not sin; let not the sun go down upon your wrath,
1 Brethren, if a man also may be overtaken in any trespass, ye who [are] spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness, considering thyself -- lest thou also may be tempted;
14 for we have known that the law is spiritual, and I am fleshly, sold by the sin;
15 for that which I work, I do not acknowledge; for not what I will, this I practise, but what I hate, this I do.
16 And if what I do not will, this I do, I consent to the law that [it is] good,
17 and now it is no longer I that work it, but the sin dwelling in me,
24 who our sins himself did bear in his body, upon the tree, that to the sins having died, to the righteousness we may live; by whose stripes ye were healed,
6 Remember Thy mercies, O Jehovah, And Thy kindnesses, for from the age [are] they.
7 Sins of my youth, and my transgressions, Do not Thou remember. According to Thy kindness be mindful of me, For Thy goodness sake, O Jehovah.
18 We have known that every one who hath been begotten of God doth not sin, but he who was begotten of God doth keep himself, and the evil one doth not touch him;
4 Adulterers and adulteresses! have ye not known that friendship of the world is enmity with God? whoever, then, may counsel to be a friend of the world, an enemy of God he is set.
8 draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you; cleanse hands, ye sinners! and purify hearts, ye two-souled!
12 Let not then the sin reign in your mortal body, to obey it in its desires;
13 neither present ye your members instruments of unrighteousness to the sin, but present yourselves to God as living out of the dead, and your members instruments of righteousness to God;
14 for sin over you shall not have lordship, for ye are not under law, but under grace.
15 What then? shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? let it not be!
16 have ye not known that to whom ye present yourselves servants for obedience, servants ye are to him to whom ye obey, whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness?
17 and thanks to God, that ye were servants of the sin, and -- were obedient from the heart to the form of teaching to which ye were delivered up;
18 and having been freed from the sin, ye became servants to the righteousness.
15 And if thy brother may sin against thee, go and show him his fault between thee and him alone, if he may hear thee, thou didst gain thy brother;
15 And if thy brother may sin against thee, go and show him his fault between thee and him alone, if he may hear thee, thou didst gain thy brother;
3 and whoredom, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as becometh saints;
133 My steps establish by Thy saying, And any iniquity doth not rule over me.
10 out of the same mouth doth come forth blessing and cursing; it doth not need, my brethren, these things so to happen;
8 and, before all things, to one another having the earnest love, because the love shall cover a multitude of sins;
5 Put to death, then, your members that [are] upon the earth -- whoredom, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and the covetousness, which is idolatry --
1 By David. -- An Instruction. O the happiness of him whose transgression [is] forgiven, Whose sin is covered.
21 and she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus, for he shall save his people from their sins.
14 For, if ye may forgive men their trespasses He also will forgive you -- your Father who [is] in the heavens;
12 Errors! who doth understand? From hidden ones declare me innocent,
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say to you -- Every one who is committing sin, is a servant of the sin,
11 For Thy names sake, O Jehovah, Thou hast pardoned mine iniquity, for it [is] great.
4 Every one who is doing the sin, the lawlessness also he doth do, and the sin is the lawlessness,
45 The good man out of the good treasure of his heart doth bring forth that which [is] good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart doth bring forth that which [is] evil; for out of the abounding of the heart doth his mouth speak.
11 and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of the darkness and rather even convict,
12 for the things in secret done by them it is a shame even to speak of,
1 Brethren, if a man also may be overtaken in any trespass, ye who [are] spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness, considering thyself -- lest thou also may be tempted;
2 of one another the burdens bear ye, and so fill up the law of the Christ,
1 O the happiness of that one, who Hath not walked in the counsel of the wicked. And in the way of sinners hath not stood, And in the seat of scorners hath not sat;
6 if we may say -- we have fellowship with Him, and in the darkness may walk -- we lie, and do not the truth;
9 have ye not known that the unrighteous the reign of God shall not inherit? be not led astray; neither whoremongers, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites,
10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, the reign of God shall inherit.
4 Pilate, therefore, again went forth without, and saith to them, Lo, I do bring him to you without, that ye may know that in him I find no fault;
5 Jesus, therefore, came forth without, bearing the thorny crown and the purple garment; and he saith to them, Lo, the man!
6 When, therefore, the chief priests and the officers did see him, they cried out, saying, Crucify, crucify; Pilate saith to them, Take ye him -- ye, and crucify; for I find no fault in him;
6 and whoever may cause to stumble one of those little ones who are believing in me, it is better for him that a weighty millstone may be hanged upon his neck, and he may be sunk in the depth of the sea.
20 wherefore by works of law shall no flesh be declared righteous before Him, for through law is a knowledge of sin.
15 What then? shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? let it not be!
6 And we are as unclean -- all of us, And as a garment passing away, all our righteous acts; And we fade as a leaf -- all of us. And our iniquities as wind do take us away.
28 so also the Christ, once having been offered to bear the sins of many, a second time, apart from a sin-offering, shall appear, to those waiting for him -- to salvation!
23 if of any ye may loose the sins, they are loosed to them; if of any ye may retain, they have been retained.
7 Is there not, if thou dost well, acceptance? and if thou dost not well, at the opening a sin-offering is crouching, and unto thee its desire, and thou rulest over it.
23 for the wages of the sin [is] death, and the gift of God [is] life age-during in Christ Jesus our Lord.
3 And why dost thou behold the mote that [is] in thy brothers eye, and the beam that [is] in thine own eye dost not consider?
9 if we may confess our sins, stedfast He is and righteous that He may forgive us the sins, and may cleanse us from every unrighteousness;
5 My sin I cause Thee to know, And mine iniquity I have not covered. I have said, I confess concerning My transgressions to Jehovah, And Thou -- Thou hast taken away, The iniquity of my sin. Selah.
23 for all did sin, and are come short of the glory of God --
23 for all did sin, and are come short of the glory of God --
24 being declared righteous freely by His grace through the redemption that [is] in Christ Jesus,
1 To the Overseer. -- A Psalm of David, in the coming inn unto him of Nathan the prophet, when he hath gone in unto Bath-Sheba. Favour me, O God, according to Thy kindness, According to the abundance of Thy mercies, Blot out my transgressions.
2 Thoroughly wash me from mine iniquity, And from my sin cleanse me,
21 for him who did not know sin, in our behalf He did make sin, that we may become the righteousness of God in him.
4 Against Thee, Thee only, I have sinned, And done the evil thing in Thine eyes, So that Thou art righteous in Thy words, Thou art pure in Thy judging.
5 Lo, in iniquity I have been brought forth, And in sin doth my mother conceive me.
6 Lo, truth Thou hast desired in the inward parts, And in the hidden part Wisdom Thou causest me to know.
7 Thou cleansest me with hyssop and I am clean, Washest me, and than snow I am whiter.
8 Thou causest me to hear joy and gladness, Thou makest joyful bones Thou hast bruised.
9 Hide Thy face from my sin. And all mine iniquities blot out.
8 if we may say -- we have not sin, ourselves we lead astray, and the truth is not in us;
9 if we may confess our sins, stedfast He is and righteous that He may forgive us the sins, and may cleanse us from every unrighteousness;
16 Be confessing to one another the trespasses, and be praying for one another, that ye may be healed; very strong is a working supplication of a righteous man;
17 to him, then, knowing to do good, and not doing, sin it is to him.
8 he who is doing the sin, of the devil he is, because from the beginning the devil doth sin; for this was the Son of God manifested, that he may break up the works of the devil;
