1 Domnul împărăţeşte, îmbrăcat cu măreţie; Domnul este îmbrăcat şi încins cu putere: de aceea lumea este tare şi nu se clatină.2 Scaunul Tău de domnie este aşezat din vremuri străvechi; Tu eşti din vecinicie!3 Rîurile vuiesc, Doamne, rîurile vuiesc tare, rîurile se umflă cu putere.4 Dar mai puternic decît vuietul apelor mari, şi mai puternic decît vuietul valurilor năpraznice ale mării, este Domnul în locurile cereşti.5 Mărturiile Tale sînt cu totul adevărate; sfinţenia este podoaba Casei Tale, Doamne, pentru tot timpul cît vor ţinea vremurile.
